This Privacy Policy describes how the “Medagan” application (“the App”) collects and uses your information.
“Medagan,” “we,” “our,” and “us” herein refers to Vladislav Grechishnikov, operating under the “Medagan” trademark, and its relevant affiliates.
In addition to this Privacy Policy, please read our Terms of Service which also applies to your use of the App. It’s also where you can find any definitions or terms not directly defined in this policy.
To provide you with an understanding of our approach to your personal data: we do not collect any information about your activity on third-party sites, the content you view while using the App, or the accounts you access. The information we collect is strictly limited to metrics that help us assess the demand for our application and our users satisfaction. This data does not include any sensitive personal information.
However, it is important to note that just because we do not collect certain types of personal information, this does not mean that the sites you visit do not. Therefore, we strongly recommend reviewing the Privacy Policies of any third-party sites you visit and interact with to ensure the security of your personal data.
Service Providers and Data Collection. To enhance the functionality of the App, analyze it’s usage, and improve user experience, we may integrate certain third-party services (“Service Providers”). These Service Providers operate independently under their respective privacy policies and may collect and process certain data as part of their services.
Analytics and Attribution. We use a Service Provider for analytics and attribution purposes to better understand user engagement and the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. This Service Provider may collect and process the following data:
(1) device Identifiers (e.g., IDFA, IDFV) - used for analytics, attribution, and marketing performance evaluation;
(2) app interaction data - how often you use the app, whether you have signed up for a free-trial, and whether you have purchased or renewed a subscription. Used by us to analyze user engagement and improve the App’s functionality;
(3) iOS version - used to understand which devices we should focus on when developing software and to debug software problems specific to a particular operating system.
The data collected by the Service Provider may be linked to users for tracking purposes. We do not directly process or control this data. For more information, please refer to the Service Provider’s Privacy Policy: AppsFlyer Policy.
Advertising and Tracking. While we do not directly collect data for advertising purposes, the Service Provider we use for analytics and attribution may collect certain data that could be used for targeted advertising by third parties. This data collection and processing are governed by the Service Provider’s policies, and we do not have direct control over its use.
Choices and Opt-Out Options. If you wish to opt-out of tracking and data collection by the Service Provider, you may do so using the following methods:
(1) in iOS Settings: Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and disable tracking for the App;
(2) Service Provider opt-out: You can visit AppsFlyer’s opt-out page for additional instructions on limiting data collection.
By continuing to use the App, you acknowledge that certain Service Providers may collect and process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Product Usage Data. We NEVER collect information about the websites or profiles you visit, files you download, messages you send, or content you create or publish in the App. We also do not collect any information about accounts you use on third-party sites.
Third-party sites. While the App does not collect any information about your activity on third-party sites, we have no control over the data collection practices of these sites or services. Any personal information you share, content you interact with, or actions you take on external sites may be subject to their respective privacy policies and data handling practices. We are not responsible for the collection, use, or disclosure of your information by third-party sites. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policies of any external websites or services you visit to understand how your data may be processed.
